Havent even been able to try it yet!

I downloaded this app because it looked very helpful but I havent even gotten to use it yet because every time I try to "register" it tells me cannot contact server. Its very frustrating because like I said it looks very helpful & I was very excited to download it but Im about to just delete it out of frustration. :-/
